What should I bring to lessons?

Please wear long pants and close-toed shoes (riding boots preferred). Dress according to the weather and bring a water bottle! ASTM/SEI certified helmets are required. Funfetti Farms has several helmets available to borrow for the first couple of lessons. Please bring your own helmet after lesson number 5.
What type of payment do you take?

All services must be paid in full via cash, check, or Venmo before the start of the service.
How do I schedule and/or cancel services?

Please schedule all services via text or email at least 48 hours in advance. We highly encourage requesting a recurring time slot. Please arrive five to ten minutes before your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without a reasonable cause, the service will be fully charged and canceled. A 12-hour notice is required for client/personal cancellations. Failure to cancel under 12 hours will result in a 50% service charge. In the event of a Funfetti Farms cancellation you will receive a text notification and services will be fully refunded.
